- We request you to inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
- If you suspect that the shipment delivered to you is ‘not in good condition’ or ’attempted for tampering’ or ‘if the package of shipment is tampered’ or ‘if the contents are not in accordance to the order placed’, you shall refuse to acknowledge the receipt and return the same before accepting the shipped package to claim a refund or an exchange. Also e-mail our Customer Care Team mentioning your order id and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- In case if the recipient accepts the product in tampered state & then wants to return \ exchange, in that case all the entire expense will be borne by the recipient or you and Jewelroof is not liable for the same.
- If the ordered product is not received in a proper condition or if has any defect whatsoever, we would request you to return the package in its original condition, unused to claim a refund or an exchange. Also, you will be required to notify us by a call or an email to our Customer Care Team. Refund or Exchange will not be possible if you fail to do as stated.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Jewelroof. All costs incurred for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to you shall be borne by you. You shall also bear the shipping charges when shipped again.
- Also, in the event that an order is re-shipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address being provided, resulting in non-delivery, the costs for re-shipment would be borne by you.
- In case if you or the recipient refuses to accept the delivery of the product(s), it will be treated as ‘Cancelled by the Customer’ and the amount so received will be refunded as per ‘Cancellation Policy’ after deducting handling charges. Refer 'Cancellation Policy' section if in case the customer cancels after the failed delivery.
- Delivery shall be made by the courier agent only after verification of the identity of the recipient. To protect the security of your shipment from fraudulent activity, all orders require your/consignee’s signature upon delivery, regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier company. The recipient must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package, the courier agent may also note down the details of the government photo identification. Any one of the following government approved photo identification documents would be required:
- Ration Card (should be issued in the name of the customer/recipient in the case of a gift)
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card
- Driver’s License
- Voters Identification Card
- Aadhaar Card (Unique Identification Card)
- Jewelroof understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home. To ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped.
- All purchases are considered complete once the recipient has signed for the parcel delivered to him/her after providing a valid identification proof at the time of collection of delivered goods.
- The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Jewelroof.com. Jewelroof is not liable to you / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstance, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries.
- Items once delivered to you or recipient cease to be insured and Jewelroof is not liable for any damage loss or theft.
- Guarantee for delivery made by Jewelroof is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inaccuracy or inconsistency in the name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
- We use third party courier company for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery service providers and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process. However, in case of any such event, you are free to escalate matters to our dedicated Customer Care Team to look into the matter on priority.
- For COD orders, full payment to be made upfront at the time of delivery, to the courier partner before the package is handed over.
- Estimated duration for delivery commence from the date of dispatch and are for guidance purpose only and may vary.
- Our operations team strive in ensuring that the delivery is made accurately in perfect condition and on time. In case of any delays in shipping due to any reason, you would be informed by email.
- You can arrange a special day for delivery or have your order gift shipped directly to the recipient. Please contact our Customer Care Team for any special requests.
- Delivery of the orders to a particular location would also depend on the serviceability of the courier or at the sole discretion of Jewelroof.com.
- In case the shipping address provided belongs to a school/college/hostel or housing society which does not allow direct access to the recipient, the shipment would be delivered to the last available point of access.
- In case the office address is provided for delivery, please make sure that the department details, employee number and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery.
- All local taxes such as octroi and other local charges would be borne by you, if any.
- If the order is lost or undelivered to your location from 20 days of the expected delivery date (except reasons pertaining to Force Majeure), we will refund the complete order amount or provide a full value exchange as per the invoice within next 2-15 working days. Non-notification by recipient of Delivery or non-Delivery within the time period specified in the Policies shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and would make you ineligible for a refund. In case of Cash on Delivery transactions, recipient is not required to confirm the receipt of products or services.

- All the successful orders placed on Jewelroof which are ‘In stock’ will be shipped to the customer within 24-48 hours and ‘On order’ items will be shipped to the you within 2-4 weeks or as stated otherwise.
- At the time of placing the order, you have to state full name and address of the recipient as stated in his / her government approved photo identification, who will collect the shipment at the time of delivery.
- We record your billing and shipping information every time you place an order with us. Billing address is the address where you receive your bills from the credit card/debit card company. Shipping address is the address where you would like to receive your order to be delivered.
- Product will be shipped strictly to the destination provided and approved by you. It's the prior responsibility of the customer to check and update the shipping and billing information. We will follow the information with us for shipping and billing.
- All items shall be delivered directly to the person and address as specified at the point of ordering and you cannot (under no circumstances whatsoever) change the recipient details after the order is shipped. You have the option of changing the delivery address any number of times before the order is processed.
- Jewelroof Customer Care Team may contact you to confirm your address, availability etc. before shipping the product.
- You would receive instant email intimation including complete shipping and order tracking details as soon as the order has been shipped. You can track your order at every step until it is delivered at your doorstep. We ensure that every vital step is taken before, during and after delivery of the product. Alternatively, you could log-in to their account and click on the "Order History" to view order shipping details. Tracking numbers provided for orders might take up to 48 hours to be activated. All shipments are traceable.

- Any number of products ordered for a single delivery address will be bundled together and shipped as single shipment, barring exceptional cases which require products to be shipped separately as a safety measure. Order containing products with different delivery times may be sent as multiple shipments based on the delivery promise. No option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations.
- In an unlikely event, if your order gets misplaced during shipping (which rarely happens), we will re-ship the product to you without any additional cost. The complete responsibility of the order rests on our shoulder till we deliver the product safely at your door step. You can rest be assured that the product you have ordered and paid for, will come to you by all means.
- For security reasons, a proper valid postal address is required for timely and safe delivery; any mistake in the address provided by you does not hold Jewelroof.com liable for a delay in shipment. Jewelroof.com does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
