REPAIR POLICY :

Your product loses the shine at times due to the dirt accumulated on it in your day today life. Jewelroof.com offers a life time cost free washing and repairing on all its products.

Life-time repair Policy is offered as per the following conditions :

• The product should be original and accompanied with the Original Product Certificate and Invoice.
• You can either call or email our Customer Care Team to raise a repair request.
• Both ways shipping charges under the Life-time repair Policy shall be borne by you.
• We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.
• Please note that warranty service rendered is not chargeable. Any wear and tear during the repairing process will not be paid by Jewelroof.
• While repairing or resizing, the loss in the weight of metal is normal, which will not be paid by Jewelroof. However, you will have to bear the cost of any extra material addition (metal or diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request. Jewelroof shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
• Jewellery bought on www.jewelroof.com can also be repaired in any of the showrooms of R S BAFNA JEWELLERS. You must produce the invoice of the purchase along with certificate card issued. You must bear the repair charges as informed by R S BAFNA JEWELLERS.
• The policy is deemed void if any other third-party jeweller has worked on it.
• Currently, this feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
• We dishonour any damage occurred during the repairing process. Please note that loss of weight is possible as the dirt gets cleaned during the wash. Hence, we disclaim your demand of the exact weight of the metal, if there is any loss in weight.

RESIZING POLICY :

Jewelroof.com has demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality diamonds and jewellery and superior service. We stand behind each of our products with customer-friendly policies designed to ensure your satisfaction and make Jewelroof.com your lifelong jeweller of choice.

• In the event, you have purchased a wrong ring size and wants to resize ring, Jewelroof will resize the ring absolutely free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible. You can raise a resizing request by log-in to your account and clicking on ‘exchange icon’ under the ‘Order History’ section. You may also contact our Customer Care Team to send a request for resizing your product(s). We will arrange a reverse pick up within 7 working days from the day the request is made. The resized product will be shipped in the next 2-15 working days.
• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by you.
• If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to you.
• In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 2-15 days of dispatch of the resized product.
• While resizing, the loss in the weight of gold is normal, which will not be paid by Jewelroof. Hence, we disclaim your demand of the exact weight of the metal, if there is any loss in weight.
• This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
• The policy is deemed void if any other third-party jeweller has worked on it.
