All credit card information will be confidential and protected against unauthorized access. Jewelroof uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
    • It is assumed that every customer who is a (bank’s) card holder is aware of the terms and conditions of online banking and usage of bank cards. Else check with your bank’s policy. You should understand, agree and confirm that the information they provide about the (debit\credit) card is valid. You must use your own card and shall not use another person’s (credit\debit) card (as agreed while registering as a member with Jewelroof.com. The website will not be liable for any credit card or debit card fraud.   6. Pay Pal account : International customers can also pay through Pay Pal. The Conversion Rate shall be as per bank rate on the date of transaction. Customers using International cards should note that the online payment gateway accepts payments only in Indian Rupees. Therefore, the amount charged is the Indian Rupee value of the product displayed on the website and converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway.


OFFLINE MODE OF PAYMENT :

You can also place the order online and make payments to Jewelroof through an offline payment mechanism. We request all customers making an offline payment to contact our Customer Care Team and confirm his / her payment modalities.

  1. Cheque or Demand Draft : A payment is considered made only after the cheque is cleared in the bank.

    If issuing a cheque, in cheques don’t forget to make it "A/C Payee only".

  2. Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS): When you select NEFT/RTGS as the mode of payment, further details including bank information would be e-mailed to you instantly.

    • In case wire transfer payment, your payment must reach to us within 3 working days after order is placed with us. We may cancel your order in case of payment delay.
    • In case of offline payments, Jewelroof will process the order only after receiving the money into their account. In the event the jewel(s) becomes unavailable after the payment is made and an alternate jewel is not selected by you, then the amount shall be refunded to you.
    • If payment is made by local cheque or demand draft, shipping / delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the instrument amount.

  3. In-store Pick-n-Pay : We also provide store pick-up option through which the selected products are made available at one of our stores for customers at a time and date that suits them. The payment in this case would be made online or at the time of collection at the store.

  4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) : With COD, you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is below INR 50,000. However, this limit differs from state to state. Currently Gift Cards and Gold and Silver coins and customised jewellery are not available on COD. For orders being shipped within India, the payment can only be accepted in Indian Rupees (INR). Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) service can be availed in either of the following ways :
      1. Verify your phone number at the time of placing an order,
      2. Confirm your order when our Customer Care Team gives a call.

Kindly Note :

  • You, as a buyer/member, understand that upon initiating a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Jewelroof to purchase the products and /or services from Jewelroof.com using the Payment Facility, and you shall pay the Transaction Price through your Issuing Bank to Jewelroof.
  • All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees (INR) acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.
  • The payment information shall not be utilized or shared with third party unless required for legal verification by agencies such as judiciary or police enquiry. Jewelroof shall not be responsible for intentional deception, fiddle or fraud of debit or credit card or internet banking by any third party while using the website. Check the privacy policy.
  • Jewelroof reserves every right to reject any purchase process even after the payment is done either as full or part payment. The reason for rejection shall be given to you through the contact provided. The refund of the payment shall be made to your account.
  • The invoice from Jewelroof includes the product’s price (as described in the Terms and Conditions of Jewelroof.com) and all applicable ’taxes’ (as described as Taxes). You have to pay all the charges and responsible for reporting on their personal income or tax related issues as per the requirements of Government of India.
  • Before shipping/delivering your order to you, Jewelroof may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to you.
  • While availing any of the payment method/s available on the website, we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

    a. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    b. Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by you and between “Bank/s", or
    c. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    d. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

REFUND POLICY :

Any refunds due by Jewelroof.com to you shall be made in the following manner :

  • Store Credit: In this case, you will be issued Jewelroof Credits for the determined value which can be used for future purchases on Jewelroof.com. Please note that Jewelroof Credits cannot be en-cashed.
  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking: Jewelroof will re-credit the refund amount to the same credit/debit card which was used initially by you to place the order. For net banking, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI). The refund amount will be credited to your account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
  • Cheque or Wire transfer: The refund amount will be wired/deposited from our bank account to the bank account used at the time of order or an account payee cheque for the amount will be issued for your bank account.
  • Cash (COD) or Demand Draft: If you have made an over the counter purchase by paying via cash (COD) or demand draft, Jewelroof shall pay the refund amount to you through a demand draft issued in the same name as the one used for placing the order. This will be mailed to the address requested by you. For a refund of over Rs 10,000, we will require you to submit your PAN number.
  • EMI payments: For all products bought on EMI as a payment mode, please note that Finance charges (approximately 6%) would be deducted separately in case of cash refunds.
  • For payment made through International Credit/Debit Cards or Paypal, refunds will be made by PayPal only. For any applicable refunds, the entire Indian Rupee amount that has been charged is converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate. The difference in the refund amount and the amount charged, if any, would be either due to the fluctuation of the conversion rate or any transaction fee levied by the credit / debit card issuing bank for such a charge back / refund. The issuing bank decides the applicable currency exchange rate. Hence, the website would refund only the amount charged in Indian Rupees as displayed on the website and is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card issuing bank for international transactions.
  • Except for Cash on Delivery transaction, refunds, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received.
  • Part payment or any advance amount paid by you at the time of placing the custom order shall not be refunded by Jewelroof to you in the event of cancellation of the custom order for any reason whatsoever.
  • All Refunds will be processed within 2-15 working days.
  • This refund facility is available only through Jewelroof.com and not through other stores in India.
  • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Jewelroof in case of any misuse by you.
  • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
  • Refund shall be subject to you complying with the policies mentioned on www.jewelroof.com
