Thank You for choosing Jewelroof.com. The process for RETURN and EXCHANGE of the purchased product on Jewelroof is designed as simple and as friendly as possible. Should you decide to return, we’ll be happy to help you with the process.
* Open the box and try the jewellery without tampering the Security tag. If you wish to return or exchange or resize your jewellery, you may place a request by visiting the Order History, in the My Account section or contact our Customer Care Team.
* Secure your product(s) with Original Invoice, label(s) and Original Product Certificate along with all the original packing materials including security tags, packing slip, jewellery boxes, bags, stickers and insurance policy (if opted for).
* ’Product to be returned’ must be properly packed as per the associated courier company’s requirement. The product has to be packed in front of the courier agent.
* Without compliance of the above, returns will not be accepted by our courier agent.
* If we are unable to co-ordinate a pickup at your pin-code, please use a trusted courier service that is safe to ship high-value items and also allows you to track your parcel. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Please be careful NOT to write jewellery, diamonds, precious or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this may invite possible theft of the package. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution/return centre. Please do not send the jewellery back to us in non-tamper proof packets. For products returned under the 15-Days Return Policy, we will reimburse you upto Rs. 200 as Jewelroof Credits for courier charges provided you email us a scanned copy of courier receipt alongwith your order number. Jewelroof.com is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
* Once your returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team, you will receive a call or email from our Customer Care Team confirming the return. On confirmation, your refund or new item will be processed.
* All the above procedure is mandatory to return the product. If any of the above procedure is not followed or altered, the product will not be accepted.
